How do I open a shop?
Head to Sell on Hobii, then Open your shop. You'll name your shop, connect Stripe for payouts, and pay a small fee to publish your first listing.
When do I get paid?
Stripe pays sellers directly, on Stripe's own schedule (usually daily). Hobii never holds your money.
A buyer wants a refund — how does that work?
Go to My Sales, find the order, and click Refund this order. It's instant and can't be undone — the money comes straight back out of your Stripe balance.
Can I edit a listing after it's published?
Yes — go to My Listings, open the listing, and change anything except the fact that it once cost a fee to publish.
How do I let a buyer know their order shipped?
On My Sales, add a tracking number (optional) and click Mark as shipped. The buyer sees the update on My Purchases.
My Stripe account is stuck on "pending verification" — what do I do?
That's Stripe reviewing your details, not hobii. Check your email for anything Stripe's asked for, or revisit the Get Paid page to continue where you left off.
